We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team and drive payroll implementation, configuration, and support projects.
Work Location: Makati City
Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week RTO)
Work Shift: Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client payroll requirements and design optimal SAP HCM Payroll solutions
- Implement, configure, and support end-to-end payroll processes
- Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across business environments
- Work on Payroll Control Center (PCC), PTP integration, and Cloud Payroll/SF ECP projects
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations and provide ongoing support
Qualifications:
- 36 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on the Payroll module
- At least 2 full lifecycle SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects
- Experience in end-to-end payroll implementation and support
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Cloud Payroll environments
- Hands-on experience with PTP Integration and Payroll Control Center (PCC)
- SAP HCM Payroll certification (preferred)
