ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP HCM Payroll solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to analyze payroll requirements, design optimal solutions, and ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across various business environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
SAP HCM Payroll certification
Additional SAP certifications preferred
EXPERIENCE
3-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with strong focus on Payroll module
Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementation projects experience
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll implementation and support projects
Experience with global SAP SuccessFactors implementations, particularly Employee Central Payroll
Hands-on expertise in PTP Integration and Payroll Control Center (PCC)
Documented experience in Cloud Payroll/SF ECP rather than just legacy SAP HCM
