Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Payroll based on client requirements.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
  • Support integration with SAP HCM, Employee Central, and third-party content providers.
  • Perform system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-go-live support and assist in change requests and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and new features related to Learning.

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll modules
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors Payroll components.
  • Understanding of payroll workflows, compliance tracking, and reporting.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
