Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analysing business stakeholders requirements
  • Designing key business process
  • Leading upgrades, migrations and integrations to third party system
  • Documenting the solution design and functional gaps
  • Preparing the user manuals and providing training to SAP users
  • Supporting day to day SAP user activities
  • Works closely with technical architects to make the bridge between the business team and IT team
  • Assure the quality of the delivery and go live of the application

Profile:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree with a major in IT
  • S/4 Hana knowledge is an advantage
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience
  • Certified SAP HR/HCM Consultant
  • Minimum 2-3 implementation and support experience on HCM , hands on SAP configuration
  • Gap review on the SAP solution design, propose solution on Logistics processes and check on issue resolution
  • Manage and work with Global Team on the project to be rollout to Asia
  • Independent and team player
  • Good communication skill to be able to work with all level of business user and global support team
  • Working experience in MNC
  • Strong Business knowledge and ability to interact with business users
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
