Your Role And Responsibilities
As SAP HANA Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and governing analytics solutions that support the SourcetoContract (S2C) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) business areas. This role ensures highquality data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions are aligned with enterprise standards and strategic objectives. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP analytics teams, the role oversees requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment while driving analytics excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analytics Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and delivery of SAP analytics solutions across SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Embedded Analytics, and related platforms. Define reporting strategies, data models, KPIs, and governance standards for S2C and EAM.
- Business Engagement and Requirements Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics needs, translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, and maintain alignment with global templates and business objectives. Own the S2C and EAM analytics roadmap.
- Delivery Management and Quality Assurance: Oversee the full development lifecycle, including solution design, build, testing, and deployment. Ensure compliance with enterprise data standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Work closely with SAP process teams, integration teams, architecture, and data governance functions to ensure endtoend solution integrity. Lead issue resolution, rootcause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts across analytics solutions.
- Leadership, Governance, and Vendor Management: Provide leadership and mentoring to analytics teams, ensure quality assurance for deliverables, manage external vendors or partners, and support the definition and tracking of performance metrics and service KPIs for analytics products.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- SAP Analytics Expertise: Strong handson experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Embedded Analytics, data modelling, ETL, KPI definition, and data quality management.
- S2C and EAM Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of SourcetoContract and Enterprise Asset Management processes, data structures, reporting needs, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.
- Leadership and Delivery Experience: Proven experience leading analytics delivery within SAPenabled transformation programs, including working in large global environments and applying Agile or productbased delivery models.
- Business Engagement and Communication: Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams with clear communication and problemsolving capabilities.
- Strategic and Analytical Competencies: Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of driving standardization, continuous improvement, decisionmaking, and leading through ambiguity while managing complex priorities.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- SAP S/4HANA Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating SAP S/4HANA Analytics applications with other SAP modules and third-party systems to provide seamless data exchange and optimized business processes.
- Advanced SAP Analytics Configuration: Experience in advanced configuration of SAP S/4HANA Analytics applications, including customizing workflows, creating custom reports, and setting up data analytics to meet complex client requirements.
- Industry-Specific Analytics Solutions: Experience with designing and implementing industry-specific Analytics solutions using SAP S/4HANA, such as oil and gas, manufacturing, or utilities, to address unique business challenges and regulatory requirements
