Job Description

The SAP Fiori Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience during the SAP implementation project. Their purpose is to design, configure, and deliver intuitive Fiori applications that align with business processes and enhance end-user productivity. They act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that the SAP system's functionality is accessible, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. The position contributes specialized skills and expertise to meet project objectives while upholding NNIT's People & Culture values and professional standards.

Responsibilities:

Production Support.
Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for SAP Fiori applications.
UX Enhancement: Collaborate with user experience (UX) designers to enhance visually appealing and user-friendly SAP Fiori apps.
Work with Fiori/UI5 developers to ensure actual/correct requirements will be delivered the first time.
SAP Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP Fiori applications with the existing SAP modules and systems, such as SAP S/4HANA.
Customization: Customize SAP Fiori apps to align with the needs of the customer, using tools like SAP Fiori Launchpad and SAP Web IDE.
Testing: Perform system and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP Fiori applications, and address any issues or defects.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and assist in resolving any SAP Fiori-related issues.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides, configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP Fiori best practices and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations.
Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Deliver assigned project tasks and deliverables in accordance with agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Apply technical expertise to design, develop, support, or enhance systems, applications, or services required for the project.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, validate, and document functional requirements related to procurement, inventory, and material management processes.
Prepare and deliver the solution to customers in a clear and structured manner
Work closely with ABAP and cross-functional consultant to ensure seamless integration, conduct unit and integration testing, and resolve defects.
Ensure compliance with NNIT policies, information security standards, and project-specific requirements.
Develop documentation and deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and effective utilization of SAP MM functionalities.
Design, configure, and develop Fiori/UI5 objects based on functional requirements.
Work closely with SAP functional consultants to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality.
Prepare technical design documents and perform unit testing.
Support incident investigation and issue resolution.
Work with business users to define scope and gather both business and technical requirements.
Provide guidance during cutover and go-live, support issue resolution, and ensure a stable transition to the new system.
Raise risks, issues, or constraints early and transparently to enable timely decision-making.
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct throughout the duration of the engagement.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent.
Experience: At least 4 years ++ of experience and at least 2 full cycle project implementation in Fiori/UI5 .
Technical Skills: SAP FIORI/UI5.

Ensure compliance with coding standards for both existing and new developments.
