SAP FICO Consultant (Finance / FI-CO) Hybrid | Taguig
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business process and functional design activities for SAP FI/CO modules.
- Conduct workshops to advise clients on S/4HANA feasibility and best practices.
- Drive end-to-end project implementation within the Asia-Pacific region.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and effort estimates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, or related fields (other relevant degrees also considered).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Finance & Controlling, including integration with other modules.
- Hands-on S/4HANA project experience is required.
- Knowledge of ABAP or other programming languages is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior functional expert for SAP FI/CO in project implementations.
- Design complex solutions and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants; ensure quality delivery across project phases.
- Lead client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution fit-gap analyses.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams to deliver SAP solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP FI/CO experience with strong S/4HANA implementation background.
- Deep understanding of financial processes, controlling, and integration points.
- Strong client-facing, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in leading functional workstreams or small project teams.
- Advantage: ABAP debugging, pre-sales exposure, or cross-module knowledge.
SAP FICO Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee SAP FI/CO project delivery across multiple clients or engagements.
- Provide strategic direction, solution governance, and quality assurance.
- Manage and develop consulting teams; oversee resource allocation and performance.
- Lead high-level client discussions, proposals, and executive presentations.
- Support business development, including pre-sales strategy and proposal preparation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting experience with strong S/4HANA expertise.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering large-scale SAP projects.
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Advantage: Experience in regional projects or multi-country rollouts.
