Role Summary
We are seeking a SAP Fieldglass Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS) solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves working with stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy Fieldglass solutions that support external workforce management, contingent labor, and services procurement processes. The consultant will participate in end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support, ensuring solutions align with business needs and SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP Fieldglass implementation and configuration across contingent workforce and services procurement modules.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders to understand workforce management and procurement processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations within SAP Fieldglass.
- Configure key Fieldglass components including contingent workforce management, services procurement, rate cards, job postings, and supplier management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with SAP systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise platforms.
- Participate in FIT-GAP analysis, solution design, and blueprint documentation.
- Support testing activities including SIT and UAT, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Assist in data migration, system deployment, and cutover activities during project go-live.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Fieldglass solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and user guides to support business adoption.
- Stay updated with SAP Fieldglass innovations and workforce management best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 37 years of experience working with SAP Fieldglass or Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass configuration and implementation.
- Experience in contingent workforce management and services procurement processes.
- Knowledge of integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP systems (Ariba, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- SAP Fieldglass Certification
- SAP Procurement or SAP Ariba certifications (advantage)
