Role Summary:
Responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Fieldglass solutions to manage external workforce, services procurement, and vendor management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support full lifecycle SAP Fieldglass implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Configure SAP Fieldglass modules such as Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement (SOW), Worker Profile Management, and Vendor Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workforce management requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and continuous improvement after implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of external workforce lifecycle, procurement, and vendor management processes.
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and production support.
- Knowledge of integrations between SAP Fieldglass and other systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
