Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS) solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to streamline contingent workforce management, services procurement, and vendor management processes through the SAP Fieldglass platform.

This role involves participating in full lifecycle implementations, system enhancements, and integration of Fieldglass with enterprise ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, or other HR/Procurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in SAP Fieldglass implementation and rollout projects including design, configuration, testing, and deployment

Configure and support Fieldglass modules such as Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement

Gather and analyze business requirements related to vendor management, external workforce, and procurement processes

Configure workflows, business rules, approvals, and system integrations within the Fieldglass platform

Collaborate with procurement, HR, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery

Support integration with SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, or other ERP platforms

Perform data migration, validation, and testing (SIT/UAT) activities

Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-implementation support and enhancements

Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and training materials

Support clients in process optimization and best practices for vendor and workforce management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

38+ years of experience in SAP consulting or enterprise system implementation

Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass configuration and implementation

Experience with Contingent Workforce Management and/or Services Procurement modules

Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and external workforce processes

Experience working in system integration and implementation projects

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment

Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP SuccessFactors integrations

Experience in end-to-end Fieldglass implementation projects

Familiarity with API integrations, middleware, or data migration tools

SAP or Fieldglass related certifications
