About the RoleWe are seeking a SAP FICO Finance Lead who will be responsible for leading finance-related SAP implementations and supporting business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP FICO and experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support activities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for finance processes
- Configure and support modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Provide expert guidance on SAP finance best practices
Requirements- Strong experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)
- Proven track record in full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have- SAP certification in FICO
- Experience in regional or global implementations
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology
