Job Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Design, develop, implement, and support SAP applications and enhancements.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and integration.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues across SAP modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant SAP experience in your specific module or specialization.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
- Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification is an advantage.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
- Background in finance, retail, or shared services industries is preferred.
