Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Act as Business Support that will analyze and resolve the issues raised by the end-users within the agreed SLA
  • Raise issues to AMS or Product support after thorough investigation and confirming that those issues are not user or data-related
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users
  • Leads the business requirements gathering related to FICO
  • Participate in enhancements and configuration activities to improve the process

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years experience in FICO using S/4 HANA Private Cloud
  • With at least 1 successful S/4 HANA implementation project as FICO Consultant
  • With direct contribution to the development of Knowledge Transfer workshop for users
  • Adept at developing changes and enhancements using SAP methodology
