This isn't a support role. There's no queue to manage and no tickets to close. You'll own the full cycle, from the first conversation with a client's finance team through go-live and knowledge transfer, with the autonomy to drive it your way.

What the role actually looks like day-to-day

You'll engage directly with client finance teams, lead fit/gap analysis, and configure FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing). You'll manage FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, and HCM, drive testing cycles, support month-end and year-end close, and leave every engagement better documented and better understood than you found it.

No hand-holding. You'll know when to move independently and when to loop in the team.

This role is for you if:

• You've completed 5 or more full SAP FICO implementations, blueprint to go-live, and can speak to each one specifically
• You've been the person configuring the system, not the person submitting the request
• You're comfortable owning a client relationship, not just a deliverable
• You understand Record-to-Report at a process level, not just a system level
• Fiori familiarity and SAP certification are a plus; ECC 6 experience is the foundation we're building from

This role is not for you if:

• Your SAP experience is primarily in application support or end-user training
• You've been working within a single company's SAP environment rather than across multiple client implementations
• You need a structured team around you to move forward on a problem
