ABOUT THE JOB
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in bridging the gap between technical and business domains to deliver impactful results for our clients. You will gather and analyze client data, define technical requirements, conduct system gap analyses, and develop effective solutions. In addition, you'll provide training to clients and team members, manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and offer hands-on support during project implementation. Your ability to navigate both technical and business aspects will be essential in driving value and ensuring project success.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions across the full project lifecycle — from project preparation through realization, testing, and post-go-live support — in line with client business requirements and best practices.
- Contribute to and, where assigned, lead workstreams during blueprinting and fit-to-standard, realization, and testing; support defect management, data migration validation, and cutover readiness.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define scope, run fit-to-standard workshops, and translate financial and operational processes into effective, scalable SAP configurations.
- Ensure solutions comply with global and local statutory requirements, including relevant Philippine localization and BIR needs.
- Apply solid working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA capabilities, integration points with other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP), and integrations such as Ariba, Concur, or DRC.
- Provide functional support in managed services — resolving incidents, service requests, and changes within SLA timelines, and conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Prepare and review key project deliverables including functional specifications, test scripts, process documentation, and training materials.
- Coordinate with technical teams on custom developments, system updates, and OSS Note testing.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing, onboarding, and capability development.
- Support pre-sales activities such as scoping workshops, solution demonstrations, and the preparation of proposal documents.
- Stay current with SAP S/4HANA updates, localization features, and emerging innovations, driving continuous improvement in solution delivery.
WHO ARE YOU
- 5 to 10 years of related work experience in SAP FICO, with hands-on exposure to S/4HANA (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, or On-Premise) and/or ECC
- At least 3 full-cycle implementations or rollouts, with experience in both project implementation and application management/support
- Strong FICO configuration skills, including familiarity with the Universal Journal, Fiori apps, and Flexible Workflow
- Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR) cycles, with the ability to map business processes to SAP capabilities
- Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Management Accounting; SAP S/4HANA certification (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, or On-Premise) is a strong advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business processes of RECORD TO REPORT.
- Ability to demonstrate dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, PP, QM, PM), and familiarity with data migration tools (LTMC, Migration Cockpit).
- Self-motivated, able to work as an independent contributor, and open to continuous learning.
- A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
- Flexible in project arrangements (potential on site depending on customer)
- Knowledge in Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX) and/or Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) is a plus.
