Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP FICO implementations, including new company code setup
  • Lead blueprint development, facilitate workshops, and secure stakeholder approvals
  • Configure SAP FICO modules based on approved requirements and prepare functional specifications
  • Ensure proper creation, testing, and approval of SAP roles aligned with business needs
  • Execute unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT)
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including environment preparation and user access readiness
  • Coordinate approvals and documentation required for production deployment
  • Provide post-go-live support, including hypercare and issue resolution
  • Address day-to-day queries from users and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with and manage third-party AMS providers to ensure timely deliverables
  • Maintain documentation including test scripts, user guides, and process flows

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 610 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and configuration (ECC or S/4HANA) or completion of at least 3 end-to-end implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes and business operations
  • Hands-on experience in fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and user training
  • Familiarity with SAP lifecycle methodologies and documentation standards
  • Experience in system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Knowledge of SAP FICO integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
