SAP FI CO Finance

We are looking for a SAP Finance (FI/CO) Support Analyst to provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for SAP Finance solutions. In this role, you will troubleshoot system issues, support finance business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations.

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for SAP FI/CO applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues.
• Support SAP Finance modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Internal Orders
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain finance master data and support basic configuration changes.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support testing, documentation, and continuous process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in SAP FI/CO, ERP Support, or Finance Application Support.
• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Familiarity with incident management and ticketing tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

• SAP FI or SAP S/4HANA certification or training.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, and Procurement integration.
• ITIL knowledge.
• Experience in an AMS or Managed Services environment.
