Position: SAP EWM Functional Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of critical business systems, with a primary focus on the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module.
- Assess business requirements and provide effort estimates for enhancements and projects within the assigned module.
- Prepare and maintain essential documentation such as Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts, and other related materials.
- Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression Testing; facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with AMS/3rd-party support teams.
- Provide hypercare support following project go-live activities.
- Collaborate with vendors on project delivery, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Address and resolve day-to-day queries and concerns from end users.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP EWM or SAP WM.
- Strong background in fit-gap analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and end-user training.
- Experience creating key documents such as blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, user guides, and process flows.
- Proven experience in managing and reviewing vendor deliverables for both project and BAU activities.
- Knowledge of SAP EWM integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Experience in core warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as SAP Cloud ALM is an advantage.
- SAP ECC EWM/WM certification is a plus.
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work setup.
