Role Overview
We are seeking an SAP EAM Senior Lead Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions for enterprise clients.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform asset management, plant maintenance, and operational processes using SAP solutions. You will lead consulting engagements, guide implementation teams, and ensure that SAP EAM solutions align with business objectives and operational efficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities
SAP EAM Implementation & Solution Design
- Lead implementation and configuration of SAP EAM / SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions
- Design asset management processes aligned with industry best practices
- Provide functional expertise across asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and work management
Asset Management & Process Transformation
- Analyze current asset management operations and recommend improvements
- Support organizations in optimizing maintenance operations, asset reliability, and lifecycle management
- Drive digital transformation initiatives related to asset performance and maintenance planning
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead functional workstreams during SAP implementation and transformation programs
- Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements
Integration & System Collaboration
- Work with teams implementing SAP S/4HANA and related modules to ensure seamless integration
- Support integration with modules such as MM, FI, and Supply Chain
- Ensure accurate data flows and reporting capabilities across enterprise systems
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions
- Provide strategic advisory to client stakeholders on asset management transformation
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership within the project team
Qualifications
812 years of experience in SAP EAM / SAP PM consulting or implementation
Experience leading SAP asset management transformation or ERP implementation projects
Strong understanding of maintenance management, asset lifecycle management, and plant operations
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and consulting skills
