Design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EAM modules (PM, CS, MRS, Mobile EAM, etc.).
Conduct workshops to gather business requirements related to maintenance processes, asset management, and operational activities.
Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
Configure master data and processes such as Equipment & functional locations, Maintenance plans and task lists, Work order management, Notifications and corrective/preventive maintenance, Measurement points, warranties, and service orders.
Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP, and Integration teams to ensure seamless system performance.
Prepare test scripts, conduct unit/integration testing, and support UAT with business users.
Provide training, documentation, and change management support.
Qualifications:
3+ years hands-on experience in SAP EAM/PM configuration.
Knowledge of related modules such as SAP CS (Customer Service), SAP MRS (Multi-Resource Scheduling), SAP Mobile EAM / SAP Fiori.
Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations (Blueprinting Realization Testing Go-Live Hypercare).
