Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), including SAP PM, CS, MRS, and Mobile EAM.
Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP EAM implementations (Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare support).
Strong expertise in maintenance processes, asset management, work order management, and preventive/corrective maintenance strategies.
Solid experience in SAP configuration, including equipment and functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, service orders, and measurement points.
Ability to conduct business requirement workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications.
Experience working closely with ABAP, Basis, and Integration teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and system integrations.
Strong knowledge of SAP master data setup and governance related to EAM.
Experience in preparing and executing unit testing, integration testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong documentation and training experience with the ability to support change management initiatives.
