SAP Consultant (with S/4HANA)
We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants across multiple modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HR/HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BW/BI, Basis, ABAP, etc.) with proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical knowledge, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to lead full-cycle SAP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs while ensuring best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on integration points between SAP modules and external systems.
- Conduct system testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
- Deliver user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.
- Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Deep expertise in at least one SAP module (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HR/HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BW/BI, Basis, ABAP, etc.), with cross-module knowledge preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and project management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments (if required).
