About the Role
As an SAP Consultant, you'll design, configure, and implement SAP solutions that keep critical business operations running smoothly. You'll be a trusted advisor solving complex challenges, supporting daily operations, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and design SAP-based solutions
- Configure/customize SAP modules (FICO, HCM, MM, SD, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Lead or support full-cycle implementations and rollouts
- Provide system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on integrations and upgrades
- Document solutions and train end-users
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of SAP consulting experience (specify module expertise)
- At least one full lifecycle SAP implementation
- Strong configuration and integration knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- SAP module certifications
- S/4HANA migration/implementation experience
- ABAP debugging or SAP integration knowledge (PI/PO, CPI)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods
