GyanSys is seeking an experienced SAP Business Network with at least 5 years of experience with strong knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, and SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration. This role requires the ability to understand and translate requirements from the functional areas into effective technical solutions. This will be a support role for a PH-based client.
Work Arrangement: 2x a week RTO at Client's location in Mandaluyong. Working hours is 8am - 5PM, Monday-Friday.
Job Description:
- Configure Business Network settings, including network catalogs, supplier rules, and data flows to ensure accurate, real-time transaction processing.
- Manage supplier onboarding and enablement.
- Handle document configuration (PO, Invoice, ASN, cXML, EDI).
- Integrate Business Network with S/4HANA/ECC.
- Optimize supply chain collaboration (logistics, inventory, asset management) by driving automation to reduce manual errors and increase speed in invoice/order processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Candidate Profile must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP.
- Graduate Degree in computer science, information Technology, or similar field
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
- Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent.
- Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and different departments as well as willingness to support new team members.
- Quick perception, excellent communication, and presentation skills as well as high degree of readiness to learn, capacity and self-motivation.
