Your Role:
As an SAP BASIS Technical Lead, you will:

• Lead BAU SAP BASIS support across complex SAP environments
• Design and support SAP architecture aligned with best-practice standards
• Oversee all SAP technical change initiatives including upgrades and enhancements
• Coordinate BASIS requirements with infrastructure and project teams
• Manage SAP environments within agreed service and performance tolerances
• Own SAP system availability, backups, and disaster recovery processes
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for SAP application and database issues
• Manage SAP security and access-related incidents
• Mentor BASIS team members and provide technical leadership
• Participate in on-call support for critical incidents

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 10 years SAP BASIS experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA and core SAP platforms
• Demonstrated experience leading SAP technical initiatives
• Hands-on experience with SAP upgrades, patching, and system copies
• Availability for 24x7 on-call support

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with SAP Business Objects and Solution Manager
• Exposure to DB2, SQL, and SAP HANA databases
• High availability and disaster recovery experience
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a high-performing team
