primarily remote basis.

The Role
We are seeking experienced SAP Technical Consultants with strong expertise in SAP Basis and SAP HANA to support cloud-based SAP landscapes. This role requires hands-on technical capabilities, customer-facing experience, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate has experience in SAP system upgrades, infrastructure management, and cloud architecture, with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments while maintaining high ownership and accountability.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform SAP Basis administration and SAP HANA database management
- Execute SAP system installations, upgrades, patches, and release updates
- Manage infrastructure updates and cloud-based SAP environments
- Support SAP applications including S/4HANA and HEC environments
- Monitor system performance and ensure system stability and availability
- Provide technical support for cloud customers and manage service requests
- Engage directly with customers, ensuring strong relationship management
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Drive issue resolution, escalation handling, and proactive risk mitigation
- Support IT Service Management processes and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant
- At least 2+ years in a customer-facing role (consulting, IT support, IT services)
- Strong hands-on SAP Basis experience
- Hands-on SAP HANA experience
- Experience in SAP system upgrades and release management
- Infrastructure management experience (cloud preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and SAP applications
- Cloud architecture and IT infrastructure expertise
- Experience with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Technical expertise in cloud solutions including HEC and S/4HANA
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- High degree of ownership, self-organization, and decision-making capability
- Network-related technical expertise
- Understanding of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services operations, infrastructure, and automation tools (SPC, TIC)
- Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals, ITIL, and Lean principles
- Experience in escalation management procedures
- Experience working with cross-cultural and global teams
