SAP BASIS Roles & Responsibilities
Project Implementation
- Design, build, and configure SAP applications aligned with business process and application requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure system stability and resolve technical issues
- Stay current with advancements in SAP BASIS and SAP HANA Technical Architecture, applying innovations to improve performance and reliability
Managed Services
- Incident Management: Resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
- Problem Management: Analyze recurring or critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions
- Change Management: Plan and execute standard maintenance changes
- Handle standard service requests, adhoc requests, and short-term customer driven initiatives
- Provide 24x7 or 24x5 support based on customer requirements
- Support Hypercare activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in SAP BASIS and SAP HANA Technical Architecture
- Strong understanding of SAP application design, build, and configuration
- Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Experience with ITIL based Service Management processes and tools
- Strong cross functional collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SAP BASIS, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA advancements

- SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrades
