SAP ABAP Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Work on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize ABAP code for performance and scalability.
• Implement SAP enhancements, user exits, BADI, and BAPI.
• Support integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.
• Provide production support and resolve technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong expertise in ABAP Objects, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, ALV, and Data Dictionary.
• Hands-on experience with Enhancement Framework, BADI, BAPI, RFC, and IDocs.
• Knowledge of performance tuning techniques in ABAP.
• Experience with SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, PP, HR, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
