SAP ABAP Consultant

Location : Manila

Core Responsibilities:

• ABAP Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
• CDS Views: Create and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) views for reporting and analytics.
• OData Services: Develop and manage OData services for integration with SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
• RAP (RESTful Application Programming): Build modern, cloud-ready applications using RAP for S/4HANA and SAP BTP environments.
• SAP HANA Optimization: Leverage HANA's in-memory capabilities for performance tuning, SQL scripting, and real-time analytics.
• Integration: Work with SAP Fiori/UI5, Gateway services, and APIs for seamless user experience.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with SAP standards.
• Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in ABAP OO, CDS, OData, and RAP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA (AMDP, SQL Script) and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Gateway, and SAP BTP.
• Knowledge of WRICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Proficiency with ABAP Development Tools (ADT) in Eclipse.
• Understanding of SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA conversion projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience: 310 years in SAP development, including S/4HANA projects.
• Certifications: SAP ABAP for HANA, SAP RAP, or SAP BTP certifications are a plus.
