SAP ABAP Consultant

GyanSys is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong ABAP programming skills and have exposure to latest S/4 technologies. This role requires the ability to understand and translate requirements from the functional areas into effective technical solutions.

Work Arrangement: 2 days onsite at client's Mandaluyong office and 3 days WFH

Working Hours: 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

• Support, develop, test, and implement ABAP programs, enhancements, and modifications.

• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Design and develop RICEF objects to meet specific business needs.

• Troubleshoot and debug ABAP programs to resolve issues and optimize performance.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

• Provide technical support and expertise in SAP modules

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development activities, technical specifications, and test plans.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to improve processes and solutions.

Requirements:

• Candidate Profile must have 5 to 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

• Graduate Degree in computer science, information Technology, or similar field

• Experienced SAP S/4HANA ABAP coding is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.

• Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent.

• Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and different departments as well as willingness to support new team members.

• Quick perception, excellent communication, and presentation skills as well as high degree of readiness to learn, capacity and self-motivation. With strong analytical skill and target orientation.
