A.O.P ADVANCE CLEAN-TECH INC is seeking a talented Sanitary Engineer to join our team. As a Sanitary Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful design, implementation and maintenance of sanitation systems and infrastructure across our construction projects. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, sustainable developments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and overseeing the installation of plumbing, drainage, and sewage systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Conducting site inspections and assessments to identify and resolve sanitation-related issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to optimise the performance and lifespan of sanitation systems
- Providing technical guidance and support to project managers and construction teams
- Preparing detailed reports, drawings, and documentation to support project delivery
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sanitary Engineer in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of designing and overseeing the installation of sanitation systems and infrastructure
- Thorough understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, and project management tools
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of National Building Code, Water Code, and LGU regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering design tools
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and cost-estimation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
