The Role

We're seeking a Salesforce Systems Administrator. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing AI-driven functionalities within Salesforce, including Einstein features, and GPT integrations. This role ensures data quality, user adoption, and security compliance.

Location: Must be in Philippines Remote.

Environment: only Philippine candidates are allowed to apply.

Language: Excellent communication skills

Timezone: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time (10:00 PM 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays.

Contract: Full-time Contract.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field experience

Experience

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • 1+ years working with AI or automation tools in Salesforce

Skills

  • Proficient in Salesforce Administration(required)
  • Experience with Einstein AI
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce administration
  • Experience with Flow Builder and Process Automation
  • Prompt engineering and testing skills for GPT models

  • Maintain clean, validated Salesforce data.
  • Collaborate with data owners to enforce standards and eliminate duplicates.
  • Automation & Efficiency
  • Continuously identify areas where automation can speed up processes and reduce errors.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Govern access to AI tools, ensuring they are used responsibly and securely.
  • Partner with compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
