The Role
We're seeking a Salesforce Systems Administrator. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing AI-driven functionalities within Salesforce, including Einstein features, and GPT integrations. This role ensures data quality, user adoption, and security compliance.
Location: Must be in Philippines Remote.
Environment: only Philippine candidates are allowed to apply.
Language: Excellent communication skills
Timezone: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time (10:00 PM 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays.
Contract: Full-time Contract.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field experience
Experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- 1+ years working with AI or automation tools in Salesforce
Skills
- Proficient in Salesforce Administration(required)
- Experience with Einstein AI
- Strong understanding of Salesforce administration
- Experience with Flow Builder and Process Automation
- Prompt engineering and testing skills for GPT models
