Salesforce Systems Administrator-

The Role:

The Salesforce Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and enhancing AI-driven functionalities within Salesforce, including Einstein features and GPT integrations. This role ensures data quality, user adoption, and security compliance.

Location: Must be in the Philippines Remote.

Environment: only Philippine candidates are allowed to apply.

Language: Excellent communication skills

Timezone: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (11:00 PM 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

Contract: Full-time Contract.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• 1+ years working with AI or automation tools in Salesforce

Skills:

• Familiarity with Einstein AI.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration
• Experience with Flow Builder and Process Automation
• Prompt engineering and testing skills for GPT models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to understand, navigate, and effectively use AI-powered tools.
• Completes tickets within SLA while managing competing tasks
• Ability to scope, plan, and manage project timelines and deliverables.

Ensure employees actively use Salesforce AI features

Provide training, support, and change management to build confidence across teams.

AI Accuracy & Performance

Monitor AI models and outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance.

Improve and refine prompts and workflows so recommendations align with business goals.

Data Quality & Readiness

Maintain clean, validated Salesforce data.

Collaborate with data owners to enforce standards and eliminate duplicates.

Automation & Efficiency

Continuously identify areas where automation can speed up processes and reduce errors.

Security & Compliance

Govern access to AI tools, ensuring they are used responsibly and securely.

Partner with compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
