Job Description

At NRI, our Salesforce Practice is built around a simple principle: people first. We believe that when talented individuals are supported, trusted, and given the space to grow, extraordinary things happen. That's why we foster a culture where you're encouraged to explore new ideas, sharpen your craft, and take the time you need to learn and experiment without the red tape.

Our commitment to excellence and innovation has fuelled remarkable momentum. We've doubled in size over the past 18 months, and we're gearing up to double again in the next 18 as we continue to scale our capabilities across Australia and New Zealand.

This growth is underpinned by industryrecognised performance. In 2024, NRI was awarded the Salesforce ANZ Growth Partner of the Year, recognising our accelerated scale, exceptional customer growth, and investment in credentialed Salesforce talent.

As part of our team, you'll join a thriving, awardwinning practice that blends the agility of a fastgrowing consultancy with the backing of a global technology organisation. You'll work alongside smart, supportive colleagues who value collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.

If you're looking for a place where you can grow quickly, feel genuinely valued, and help shape the future of Salesforce consulting in ANZ, NRI is the place to do it.
