Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer engagement and data-driven marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, with a solid understanding of customer data management, audience segmentation, campaign automation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Configure and manage Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Build and optimize customer journeys, automated campaigns, and personalized customer experiences.
- Develop audience segmentation and activation strategies leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Integrate Salesforce platforms with external applications and data sources.
- Create and maintain data models, identity resolution rules, calculated insights, and data streams within Data Cloud.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to drive engagement and business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, and campaign-related issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Practical experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform).
- Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
- Experience with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and data management best practices.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce solutions with external applications and APIs.
- Understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
