The Application Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions as part of client application support services. The role requires extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture, managing complex projects, and providing technical leadership to teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop customized Salesforce applications that meet business needs.
- Lead the design, implementation, and integration of Salesforce systems.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for design and development activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes and requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Manage and guide technical teams involved in solution design and deployment.
- Promote technical excellence and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development teams.
- Coordinate effectively across time zones and, when necessary, work flexible hours to support project delivery.
- Manage priorities and time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 810 years of experience in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and services such as Public Sector Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Education Cloud, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures), Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Force.com.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party cloud platforms.
- Proficiency with Git repositories and DevOps processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design creative, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Technical Architect, or System Architect are preferred.
