About the Role

Take advanced Salesforce development beyond individual features and into the systems that power enterprise operations. As a Salesforce Engineer, you'll engineer scalable applications and integrations across Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud using Apex, LWC, MuleSoft, and enterprise APIs. Own complex development, integration, deployment, and troubleshooting challenges while strengthening platform performance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience building, testing, enhancing, and supporting scalable solutions
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification required
• Advanced expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, triggers, and Salesforce development best practices
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft integrations, and enterprise system connectivity
• Hands-on exposure to Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, version control, release management, and DevOps deployment practices
• Experience designing secure Salesforce solutions with effective access, sharing, automation, and data controls
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across Salesforce applications, APIs, integrations, deployments, performance, and data issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical, operational, and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Design, configure, and administer Experience Cloud portals, including user access, security, sharing, and user experience
• Build and support Salesforce integrations with NetSuite, BI platforms, and other enterprise systems using MuleSoft and APIs
• Provide Sales Cloud and Service Cloud administration, including user access, automation, approvals, case management, queues, assignments, sales workflows, and issue resolution
• Maintain code quality, testing, and CI/CD deployments using Git and DevOps pipelines
• Monitor Salesforce platform performance, security, scalability, and data integrity
• Partner with administrators and Operations teams to coordinate releases, enhancements, fixes, and platform initiatives

Cross-Functional Governance

• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Platform Operations, and Salesforce Administrators to deliver aligned solutions
• Participate in weekly planning and review sessions to prioritize releases and initiatives
• Monitor shared KPIs, including deployment success, system performance, and user adoption
