Job Title: Salesforce Application Architect Manager
Summary:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. Requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong communication, and project leadership. Must work independently, mentor teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and build Salesforce solutions.
- Develop custom apps and integrations.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and best practices.
- Create technical documentation.
- Manage and mentor technical teams.
- Engage stakeholders and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation and support cross-time-zone project needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in CS/IT.
- 810+ years Salesforce development/implementation experience.
- Expertise in major Salesforce clouds and OmniStudio.
- Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, Git, DevOps.
- Integration and Agile experience preferred.
- Salesforce architect certifications preferred.
