Role: Salesforce Developer
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/ Senior Developer with proven expertise in Salesforce development.
- Hands on knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud, Ad Sales, Sales Cloud, EPC & CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data modeling
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- DevOps principles and practices
- Excellent understanding of Agile principles
Good-to-Have- Media Industry background
- Experience working with various industry clouds (Communication Cloud, Media Cloud, etc.)
- Salesforce certifications, esp. Media Coud Accredited Professional, Comms Cloud AP are highly desirable
SNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications in Salesforce Media Cloud and Sales cloud
2Collaborate with other developers to ensure changes, data models and integrations to other systems maintains a consistent level of technical standards set by the team
3Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to associate and mid-level engineers, Strong focus on security practices
4Strong data management skills to ensure performant data operations and adherence to agreed data model designs
5Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements and new features
