Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including design and architecture of complex enterprise implementations

Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns

Experience designing scalable solutions within high-volume retail or large enterprise environments

Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives

Deep understanding of enterprise systems, data architecture, and cloud platforms
