Job responsibilities:
Enhancements on Salesforce platform, out of the box features/functions, custom code/logics. To build/deliver increased/improved functionality through a combination of leveraging custom code and configuration options providing a robust system with simpler and faster user experience for internal and external users.
Functional responsibility:
- Development of high-quality code and configuration to support the functions of Salesforce.
- Collaboration with other developers, architects and business SMEs in scrum teams
- Clear documentation and definition of how new/revised code operates to enable others to work with and support the code.
Technical Capabilities:
Required:
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Hands-on experience developing with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components
- Hands-on experience configuring Flows, Approval workflows, Process Builder
- Deep understanding of the security model: Sharing, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, etc.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Service Cloud
- Understanding of the sales process ( opportunity management, forecasting etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical design
- Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Administrator
- Experience in integrations - REST/SOAP API callouts
