Job Description
As a Growth Analyst in a product-led environment, you will translate product behavior, lifecycle data, and customer signals into decisions that directly influence acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. Your work will directly impact how the business acquires users, converts them into paying customers, and drives long-term retention and expansion. Success in this role requires strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience working within product-led growth environments.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 3-6+ years of experience in growth analytics, product analytics, or revenue analytics (SaaS environment preferred)
- Advanced SQL expertise is non-negotiable (must be able to independently query, transform, and analyze large datasets)
- Proven experience working within product-led growth (PLG) or product-led sales (PLS) environments
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and behavioral segmentation
- Lifecycle metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization)
- Experience connecting product analytics with CRM and marketing data (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
- Exposure to product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo) and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
- Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable, business-critical insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PQL/PQA frameworks and expansion analytics
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms and A/B testing methodologies
- Background in SaaS, startup, or scale-up environments
- Experience supporting both self-serve and sales-assisted growth models
Your Daily Tasks
Funnel & Metric Ownership
- Build and maintain end-to-end funnels for net-new self-serve PLG (visit → signup → activation → paid → retained)
- Build and maintain funnels for installed-base PLS (usage → PQA → sales engagement → expansion)
- Define, instrument, and evolve core growth metrics, including activation events, time-to-first-value, PQL/PQA scoring, and monetization signals
Analysis & Insight Generation
- Perform cohort and behavioral analysis to identify conversion and retention drop-offs
- Identify leading indicators of expansion and churn
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Sales to design and analyze growth experiments
- Size opportunities and help prioritize growth bets
- Determine when self-serve experiences break and sales engagement should occur
Reporting & Decision Support
- Build dashboards and analyses that tie product behavior to revenue outcomes
- Separate signal from noise and focus on what truly matters
- Deliver insights that are used weekly by leadership
- Translate findings into clear recommendations and actionable next steps
