Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Salesforce platform using advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce.
Implement and customize Service Cloud and other Force.com solutions to meet business requirements.
Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, security settings, and configuration of standard objects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop and manage API integrations following Salesforce best practices for RESTful services and data integration using Platform Events.
Ensure code quality and maintain version control using Git and manage deployment pipelines with GitHub Actions-based CI/CD.
Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces leveraging HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Optimize and troubleshoot Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and apply them to improve system functionality.

Qualifications:

Strong experience in Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, and Visualforce.
Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Force.com customization.
Proficiency in API integration and Salesforce best practices.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
