What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to technical proposals: Assist with solution design, demos, and technical content for client presentations.
  • Lead & mentor: Guide other developers, provide governance, and share technical knowledge to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Stay current: Keep up to date with Salesforce features, product roadmaps, and third-party applications, recommending upgrades and enhancements as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience in OmniStudio.
  • At least one full-cycle Salesforce implementation (greenfield preferred) on Financial Services Cloud.
  • Experience working with and implementing credit decisioning systems.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with version control (Git), deployment pipelines, and development best practices.

Why Join Us:

  • Work on high-impact projects that transform client operations.
  • Access career growth, mentorship, and learning opportunities.
  • Be part of a team where innovation meets measurable results.
