JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and a proven track record of developing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform. As a senior member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce applications, while also mentoring junior developers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Custom Development:
- Develop custom applications using Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Customize Salesforce standard objects and create custom objects to meet specific business requirements.
Integration:
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware such as MuleSoft.
- Implement data migration and synchronization processes.
Data Management:
- Design and maintain Salesforce data model including custom fields, relationships, and validation rules.
- Perform data cleansing, data deduplication, and data normalization activities.
Salesforce Tools:
- Must have hands on experience Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
Documentation:
- Create technical documentation including design specifications, technical diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Maintain documentation for ongoing development and customization efforts.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile or Scrum meetings to provide updates and collaborate on project deliverables.
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
- Address and resolve technical issues and user inquiries related to Salesforce functionality.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
- Pursue Salesforce certifications and training opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications, providing timely support to business users.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and features to continuously improve solutions and processes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Salesforce Developer certification Mandatory
- Proven experience developing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, etc.) and data migration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willing to work on a hybrid set-up
- Amendable to work and travel to BGC
