Job Description

Responsibilities

  • AI skills : practical experience with contemporary AI platforms (Salesforce AI,Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock,ETC) or building/customizing LLMs;covering secure integration, prompt engineering, evaluation/metrics, and guardrails
  • Architect, develop, and optimize Apex (classes, triggers, async), LWC/Aura, and Flows with scalable data models and robust error handling
  • Build integrations (REST/SOAP, Named Credentials, External Services, Platform Events) and maintain reliable release runbooks and rollback procedures
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues, drive rootcause analysis and deliver resilient fixes
  • Lead Git/GitHub workflows: branching (feature/hotfix/release), pull request reviews, code quality gates, and release governance
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD with GitHub Actions (or equivalent): validations, automated tests, and gated deployments from sandboxes to production.
  • Own environment strategy: Dev Hub, scratch orgs, sandbox refresh/masking, data seeding, backups, and restores
  • Ensure platform security and compliance (CRUD/FLS/sharing) and enforce performance best practices (bulkification, limits, transactions)
  • Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide timely, businessfriendly resolutions
  • Write clear technical documentation, deployment guides, automation runbooks, and support/admin knowledge articles
  • Mentor junior developers/DevOps engineers: lead code reviews, pair programming, design guidance, and bestpractice coaching (Apex/LWC, CI/CD, security, performance)
  • Knowledge on Sales, Service & Experience Cloud

Operational Requirements

  • The designated support window will be from 8:30 PM PHT to 5:30 AM PHT
  • The resource is expected to follow the US holiday calendar
  • All planned leaves must be coordinated in advance and aligned with the existing support team to ensure seamless coverage
  • Daily task handover must be agreed upon with both the support team and the Business IT team to maintain business continuity. A 2 hour overlap in working hours will be maintained for any clarification/handover
  • The resource will be required to directly coordinate with Business IT during the assigned working window.
