We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in Ortigas immediately. You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle—from grooming user stories with stakeholders to designing and deploying robust solutions on the Force.com platform.
What You Will Do- Platform Development: Design, customize, and develop solutions using Lightning (LWC/Aura), Apex, and Visualforce.
- System Integration: Build and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and various external data sources and systems.
- Clean Coding: Write robust, clean, and effective code to solve both simple and complex user tasks.
- Agile Collaboration: Work within cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact functionalities for internal departments.
- Process Optimization: Partner with consultants, system administrators, and fellow developers to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to groom user stories and provide technical consultancy on business requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation throughout the entire development lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with deep technical knowledge of Force.com.
- Proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Strong communication skills for consulting with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Ortigas.
