Role: Salesforce Developer - AI Ecosystem
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Any CS Site - Ortigas / Makati / Cebu / Davao / Bacolod / Angeles / Mabalacat
Schedule: Mid Shift / Night Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Build intelligent workflows using Salesforce AI services and Data Cloud.
- Create chatbots, intelligent agents, and recommendation engines within Salesforce.
- Integrate machine learning models and LLM APIs into Salesforce workflows.
- Design scalable data models using SOQL and SOSL queries.
- Develop enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Build event-driven solutions using Flow automation and Platform Events.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and governance across Salesforce environments.
Qualification And Requirements
- 35+ years Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, and SOAP integrations.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and AI Specialist certification required.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including prompt engineering and NLP.
- Experience designing scalable applications and complex Salesforce data models.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, or Agentforce preferred.
