What Does This Mean

You'll be part of a delivery-focused consulting team, working on Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) implementations that support lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement initiatives. You won't be expected to lead overall marketing strategy, but you'll play a key role in configuring, building, and supporting well-designed marketing automation solutions.

Has hands-on experience with Pardot

Enjoys building and improving marketing automation solutions

Is comfortable working with guidance from senior consultants

Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Is proactive, organised, and eager to grow their Salesforce skillset

This role is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their Pardot expertise in a supportive

consulting environment.

What you may need to succeed:

Experience & Expertise

35 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or CRM/marketing automation roles

Hands-on experience in configuring and administering Pardot

  • Note: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a plus, but expertise in Pardot

is required.

Technical proficiency in:

  • Designing and executing complex customer journeys using Engagement Studio Programs.
  • Implementing advanced Lead nurturing strategies, including Scoring and Grading
  • Building and troubleshooting email templates and dynamic content (HTML/CSS knowledge is highly desirable, but not a must)
  • Managing complex segmentation lists
  • Executing advanced segmentation rules and automation rules

Experience working with the Salesforce Connector, including syncing logic for Leads, Contacts,

Campaigns, and more

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with a key understanding of

marketing automation best practices and data hygiene

Good written and verbal communication skills

Salesforce Certified Account Engagement Specialist or Consultant is strongly preferred

What you'll be doing:

Requirement analysis & documentation

  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into functional specification documents and solution designs
  • Handling day-to-day client support requests and enhancements

Solution configuration & build

  • Executing the configuration of Pardot solutions
  • Ensuring data alignment with Sales Cloud
  • Managing user testing and deployment activities
  • Ensuring solutions follow Salesforce best practices and governance

Support & enablement

  • Troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day client support requests and technical issues
  • Conducting user training sessions to facilitate adoption.

Continuously learning and staying up to date with Pardot capabilities
