Role: Salesforce Consultant

Location Manila, PH

Roles & responsibilities

Solution Configuration & Deployment: Configure Salesforce Data Cloud components such as Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and Segmentation. Ensure accurate setup and alignment with client requirements for seamless data activation.

Data Integration & Identity Resolution: Design and implement data ingestion pipelines and identity resolution processes to unify customer profiles across Salesforce and external systems.

Platform Integration: Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and third-party platforms using APIs, connectors, and middleware tools for end-to-end data flow.

Requirement Analysis & Documentation: Participate in client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and configuration steps.

System Monitoring & Optimization: Perform platform health checks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance to ensure stability, scalability, and compliance..

Mandatory technical skills

Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud configuration, including Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.

Strong knowledge of data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution logic, and real-time data activation across Salesforce and external systems.

Proficiency in integrating Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and third-party platforms using APIs, connectors, and middleware tools.

Technical expertise in data modeling, transformation, and SQL based querying for Calculated Insights.

Understanding of data privacy, consent management, and governance principles within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institution.

2 - 7 years of total experience in Salesforce consulting and delivery roles.

Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred.

Prior experience in a consulting environment or Big 4 setup is desirable
